About the event
On May 10th from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM at YDA Headquarters, all YDA HQ and YDAI dancers are required to attend a mandatory dress rehearsal. Dancers must wear full costumes but no makeup.
This rehearsal allows:
the lighting designer and artistic directors to finalize the show order
helps students (especially new dancers) practice quick changes
a trial expereince for everyone to be ready for the actual performance to prevent chaos, promote discipline, and most importantly a smooth show day.
enables volunteer parents to prepare dancers for their next performance while familiarizing themselves with the show order.
